Gerade von der Japan Reise zurückgekehrt, beginnt für mich am Montag das Abenteuer Impulstanz. Impulstanz wurde 1984 gegründet und ist ein Festival für zeitgenössischen Tanz. Jeden Sommer wird Wien fünf Wochen lang zur pulsierenden Tanz-Hauptstadt. Aus aller Welt kommen TänzerInnen, ChoreographInnen und DozentInnen nach Wien, um Tanz zu feiern und zu leben.
Wien pulsiert und ich tauche ab in den Workshop „The 6th Element“. Es ist die letzte Woche vom Festival und ich gebe mich täglich 3 Stunden lang den chinesischen Elementen und hinduistischen Gottheiten hin.
Am Montag hatte ich noch keine Ahnung was mich erwartet, da ich weder die Arbeiten von Andrew Mournehis noch Fabiana Pastorini davor kannte. Mich hat der Workshopinhalt persönlich angesprochen, so let´s try it out!!
Bummmmm! Die Energie der beiden nimmt mich mit. Ich tauche vollends in diese neue Ebene des Tanzes verwoben mit den chinesischen Elementen und hinduistischen Gottheiten ein. Jeden Tag steht ein anderes Element und eine andere Gottheit im Mittelpunkt:
Montag: Element ERDE und GANESHA (Gott der Weisheit, der Überbringer des Glücks und der Beseitiger aller Hindernisse)
Dienstag: Element METALL und MAHAKALA (eine Erscheinungsform des Gottes Shiva, Gott der Zerstörung; let it die and something new will begin)
Mittwoch: Element WASSER und SARASWATI (Göttin der Weisheit, der Kreativität und Künste)
Donnerstag: Element HOLZ und BAGALAMUKHI (she fights for the highest truth)
Freitag: Element FEUER und KRISHNA (Gott der Freude, Liebe und der Weisheit)
Wir erfuhren viel theoretisches über die Elemente und die Gottheiten, tanzten uns die Seele aus dem Leib und erfuhren im jeweils anderen Liebe, Vergebung, Freude, Eins sein. Die heilende Energie der Gruppe war allgegenwärtig.
Ich öffnete meine Kanäle und ließ Prozesse in meinem Inneren fließen, die bereit waren sich zu transformieren. Ich war voller Energie, Liebe, Freude, Vergebung und war einfach präsent. PURE LOVE! Ich kann Fabiana und Andrew gar nicht genug danken, für diese wunderbare Erfahrung und dass ich bei der Premiere dieses einzigartigen Workshops ein Teil dessen war. Ich danke der wunderbaren Gruppe. Noch immer bin ich erfüllt und es sind sehr viele Blockaden gelöst worden und innere Prozesse in Gang gesetzt worden.
Ich bin sehr dankbar, neuen FreundInnen begegnet zu sein.

Just arrived from our trip to Japan, there was this new adventure coming up: Impulstanz.
Impulstanz was founded in 1984. It is a festival of contemporary dance. Every Summer Vienna becomes a pulsing capital of contempary dance. Dancers, choreographers and artists from all over the world are coming together to celebrate dance.
Vienna pulsates and I am diving deep into the workshop „The 6th Element“. It´s the last week of the festival. For 3 hours every day I devote myself to the chinese elements and the deities.
On the first day I did´nt know anything about the work of Andrew Mournehis and Fabiana Pastorini. I´ve chosen the workshop because of its special content. I decided for myself: Let´s try it out!
Bammmm! The energy of both blew me away. I plunged fully into this new level of dance, which was entangled with the chinese elements and the hinduistic deities.
Every day another element and another god/goddess stood in focus:
On Monday: the element EARTH and GANESHA (Lord of Good Fortune who provides prosperity, fortune and success. He is the Lord of Beginnings and the Remover of Obstacles of both material and spiritual kinds.)
On Tuesday: the element METAL and MAHAKALA (It´s a manifestation of SHIVA; god of destruction; let it die and something new will begin)
On Wednesday: the element WATER and SARASWATI (Goddess of wisdom, creativity and arts)
On Thursday: the element WOOD and BAGALAMUKHI (she fights for the highest truth)
On Friday: the element FIRE and KRISHNA (God of pleasure, love and wisdom)
We learned a lot of theoretical basics about the elements and the deities, danced our soul away and recognized us in the others: love, pleasure, mercy, be ALL ONE. The healing energy of the group was omnipresent.
I opened my channels and I was ready to transform my inner chaos. I was full of energy, love, pleasure, mercy and was in present the moment. Just here. PURE LOVE!
I couldn´t thank Fabiana and Andrew enough for this wonderful experience to be part of this unique workshop. I want to thank the whole wonderful group. Just in this moment I´m fulfilled of joy, energy and thankfulness. I´m still transforming and let the blockades go.
